About the Artist

DRPK has been working in clay for 7 years, drawn to the slow, deliberate process of building each piece entirely from slabs — no wheel involved.

Every piece that leaves the studio is made entirely by hand, start to finish: rolled, cut, and built up from slabs, then trimmed, glazed, and fired in small batches rather than production runs. Nothing is mass-produced, and no two pieces are ever quite identical.

The work here spans functional tableware and sculptural one-offs, unified by a preference for quiet, honest forms and glazes that are allowed to behave a little unpredictably in the kiln.
